  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon pepper or to taste


  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Wash and dry cauliflower, cutting it into small florets.
  • Toss dried cauliflower with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and seasonings.
