- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 pound ground turkey
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoons salsa any variety
- 8 small low carb tortillas

Taco Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ½ tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a medium skillet, heat the oil over medium high heat.
- Add ground turkey and brown until no pink remains, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain any fat.
- Meanwhile, mix the taco seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
- Add the seasoning mixture, water, and salsa to the cooked turkey. Bring to a simmer and let simmer 4 to 5 minutes or until thickened.
- Warm the tortillas according to package directions. Fill the tortillas with meat and desired toppings.
