Ingredients  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken diced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 1 tablespoon diced red onion
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 2 teaspoons dill pickle juice optional
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill optional
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 pinch pepper or to taste

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a medium bowl. Mix well to combine.
  • Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
  • Scoop chicken salad into lettuce cups, keto bread or into a low carb tortilla.
