Buffalo Chicken Bites
- 2 large chicken breast halves cut into 1" cubes
- 1 egg
- ½ cup buffalo sauce divided
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅓ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Combine chicken cubes, egg and ¼ cup buffalo sauce in a bowl. Marinate 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Remove chicken breast cubes from the marinade allowing as much to drip off as possible.
