Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon dried sage
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon salt and pepper
- ¼ teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Combine ground turkey and seasonings in a medium bowl and mix until combined. Divide the mixture into 6 equal patties.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and cook the patties in batches for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from the pan and cook the remaining patties.
Notes
- Add chopped vegetables such as mushrooms, peppers and onions, or spice it up with some jalapeno! Be careful not to add too many veggies as the patties might fall apart. To combat this, mix in an egg and some keto breadcrumbs to hold it all together.
- Refrigerate cooled leftovers in a covered container or zippered bag for 3-4 days, or freeze for about 8 weeks.
- Turkey patties can be heated again covered with foil in the oven, in a hot skillet, or in an air fryer.
- Add leftovers to other breakfast dishes.
