Wing It Your Way
Experiment with other seasonings like a southwest seasoning, or a lemon pepper flavor. Other tasty options are Italian herbs, a robust blackened blend, or everything bagel seasoning.
How To Make Salt and Vinegar Wings
- Simmer both vinegars and seasonings until reduced by half. Whisk in butter.
- Toss wings in liquid (full recipe below).
- Cook wings then toss in vinegar sauce.
- Season with salt before serving.
Tips For the Best Wings
- Make sure the wings are patted dry so the seasoning sticks all around.

Keep leftover salt and pepper wings in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Enjoy them cold or reheat them in the air fryer until crispy.
