Cajun Pork Bites
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning or to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss cubes with the garlic powder and Cajun seasoning mixture. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add half of the cubes of pork and cook them for 3 minutes without stirring. Mix them around until they are browned on all sides for about 3 more minutes.
- Repeat the process with the rest of the cubed pork. Add them all back to the pan and heat thoroughly.
- Season with salt & pepper and serve.
Notes
- Pork should be a little bit pink inside and reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
