Cajun Pork Bites

Spicy pork bites are perfectly seasoned with a Cajun rub and pan-fried until juicy and tender.
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Refrigerate 30 minutes
Total Time 55 minutes

Ingredients  

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions 

  • Cut pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces.
  • Toss cubes with the garlic powder and Cajun seasoning mixture. Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add half of the cubes of pork and cook them for 3 minutes without stirring. Mix them around until they are browned on all sides for about 3 more minutes.
  • Repeat the process with the rest of the cubed pork. Add them all back to the pan and heat thoroughly.
  • Season with salt & pepper and serve.

Notes

  • Pork should be a little bit pink inside and reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
