Ingredients  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning (optional) or other favorite seasoning*

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Put cottage cheese in a cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer and squeeze out any excess moisture.
  • Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of cottage cheese onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving 2 inches between each. Use a spatula to flatten slightly.
