Cottage Cheese Chips

cup
cottage cheese
Everything Bagel Seasoning (optional)
or other favorite seasoning*
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Put cottage cheese in a cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer and squeeze out any excess moisture.
Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of cottage cheese onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving 2 inches between each. Use a spatula to flatten slightly.
Sprinkle with seasoning (see notes below) or leave plain.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges are golden and crisp.
Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
