Place olive oil and seasoning of choice in a zippered bag or bowl. Add the chicken tenders and shake/stir to coat.
Marinate chicken up to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Remove the chicken from the marinade. Wrap a bacon piece around each strip and tuck in the ends or secure with a toothpick.
Place wrapped chicken on a wire rack over a baking pan and bake 15-18 minutes, until chicken reaches 165℉. If desired, broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispy bacon.
Notes
Refrigerate leftover tenders in a covered container for up to 4 days.
Make it ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator or freezer. Thaw before reheating.
