Instructions
In a small bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano, cumin, pepper, salt and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
Store in a sealed container, in a cool and dry location, for up to 6 months.
Notes
Keep seasoning in an airtight container such as a zip bag, a plastic container with tight fitting lid, or a glass mason jar with a lid.
Store seasonings up to 6 months in a cool and dark cupboard, or anywhere away from light.
