pork sausage
, original or hot

cream cheese
, cut in cubes

can diced tomatoes with green chiles
, with juices

sharp cheddar cheese
, shredded
Instructions
In a skillet, brown sausage over medium heat until no pink remains, breaking the sausage up as it cooks. Drain the fat.
Stir in cream cheese and keep mixing until it melts and no lumps remain. Mix in can of diced tomatoes and heat until warm and bubbly.
Take off of heat and stir in the cheese.
Serve immediately with bell peppers or homemade low carb tortilla chips.
Notes
Use cream cheese at room temperature for easy melting.
This sausage cheese dip can be made up to three days in advance.
Reheat leftovers on medium heat and stir before serving.
Use a slow cooker to keep warm for serving.
Refrigerate leftovers covered for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
