Seasoning Mix
1teaspoonkosher salt
1teaspoonpaprika
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonblack pepper
½teaspooncrushed rosemary
Instructions
In a small bowl combine kosher salt, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper and crushed rosemary.
Brush the turkey breast with melted butter. Sprinkle the prepared seasoning mix evenly over the turkey.
Arrange the celery, onion, and herbs at the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker. Pour the broth overtop.
Place the seasoned turkey breast in the slow cooker, skin side facing up.
Cover the slow cooker and set it to the low heat setting. Cook for the recommended time provided below, or until the internal temperature of the turkey reaches 165°F (75°C). Be careful not to overcook.

Cooking time will change depending on the size and shape of the turkey breast. They are an estimate and will vary.
2 pounds - 2 ¾ to 3 ¼ hours
3 pounds - 3 ¾ to 4 ¼ hours
4 pounds - 4 ¾ to 5 ¼ hours
Turkey breasts can be broiled for a couple minutes for a crispier skin.
