Avocado deviled eggs are easy to make for a healthy low carb snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

hard boiled eggs
cooked, cooled and peeled

avocado
½
tablespoon
lemon juice
2
tablespoons
mayonnaise
¼
teaspoon
salt
⅛
teaspoon
garlic powder
paprika
for garnish
Instructions
Cut eggs in half and place yolks in a bowl.
Mash yolks and avocado until smooth. Add lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, and garlic powder.
Place the avocado mixture into a piping bag and fill the egg whites.
Sprinkle with paprika for garnish if desired.
Notes
Avocado deviled eggs taste best served cold from the refrigerator.
When serving, if at room temperature for longer than an hour, place tray on top of a second tray or dish filled with crushed ice to keep cool.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
