Ingredients
1 ¼
cup
almond flour
1
large
egg
¼
teaspoon
garlic powder
kosher salt
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Combine the almond flour, egg, and garlic powder in a large bowl and mix until fully combined.
Place dough on a sheet of parchment paper and press down, lay another parchment sheet on top and roll-out till ¼ inch thick.
Cut dough into squares and place on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt or seasonings on top.
Bake for 17 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
Notes
If dough is not coming together, add 1 Tablespoon of water.
There will be less air bubbles if the dough is not over-mixed. Dough should barely hold together before rolling out.
Do not overwork the dough, and roll out to ¼” thickness.
Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut dough into squares or rectangles.
Store crackers in a zip-top bag or container for up to 1 week on the counter, or int the freezer for up to 8 weeks.
Leftovers (or broken bits) are perfect for salads toppers or in soups.
