Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking pan with foil.
Cut bacon into thirds. Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each mini smokie. Roll in brown sugar substitute and secure with a toothpick. Place on prepared pan.
Bake for 10 minutes. Flip smokies and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.

Assemble and bake ahead, then keep warm in a Crockpot for guests to help themselves.
Assemble little smokies ahead of time, and store them uncooked in the refrigerator before baking. Or freeze them in a single layer, and transfer to zippered freezer bags for up to 2 months. Add an extra 5-7 minutes if baking from frozen.
Refrigerate cooled leftovers for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
