Avocado Lime Dressing
Fresh and creamy avocado lime dressing is the best salad dressing or veggie dip for low carb snacking!

Ingredients

avocado
peeled and pitted

cilantro

water

garlic

tablespoons
lime juice

tablespoons
olive oil

teaspoon
salt
or to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor.
Blend until creamy, scraping the sides as needed. Taste, and add additional salt if desired.
Notes
For a thinner dressing, add additional water while blending.
Dressings incorporating fresh garlic must be used within 3 days to avoid the risk of contamination.
