Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • pinch of cayenne pepper optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small jar.
  • To make tacos, combine 2 tablespoons of mixture with 1 lb ground meat. Add 1/2 cup water and simmer until water has evaporated.
