large green bell pepper

colored bell peppers
red, yellow or orange

olive oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Cut peppers into bite-sized pieces and toss with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place on a baking sheet and roast 18-20 minutes or until browned.
Serve immediately.
