large green bell peppers

colored bell peppers
red, yellow or orange

olive oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Cut peppers into bite sized pieces and toss with remaining ingredients.
Place on a baking sheet and roast 18-20 minutes or until browned.
