This Italian seasoning mix can be made into a salad dressing. Simply use a 1:1:1 ratio of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and seasoning. Shake well.
Store dried seasoning mix in a container with a tight-fitting lid and keep it in a cool, dry place.
Be sure to mark the date the mix was made on the container and replace it after 6 months.
