plain Greek yogurt
unsweetened

tablespoons
sugar-free maple syrup
or to taste

teaspoon
vanilla extract
½
cup
raspberries or blueberries
fresh or frozen
¼

chopped nuts
almonds, pecans, walnuts, or pistachios
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread the yogurt mixture evenly into a rectangle on the prepared baking sheet, about ¼ inch thick.
Sprinkle berries and nuts evenly over the yogurt. Gently press them in so they stick.
Place the tray in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until completely firm.
Break into pieces and store in a freezer-safe bag or container. Keep frozen until ready to eat.
Notes
Use a rolling pin or meat mallet to break into pieces if needed.
