Instructions
In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and lemon juice until smooth and fluffy.
Add onion powder, garlic powder, dill, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper. Pulse a few times until well incorporated but not completely smooth.
Taste and season with additional salt and pepper if needed. Serve with sliced vegetables or low carb crackers.
Notes
No blender? A food processor or immersion blender works just as well.
In Step 1, blend the cottage cheese until it’s completely smooth and fluffy.
