Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a rimmed baking tray with parchment and grease well.
In a blender combine cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
On prepared baking tray, pour mixture and spread into a circle.
Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
Top the pizza crust with low carb pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni. Return to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes more, or until cheese is melted and starting to brown.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before cutting.

Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 days and in the freezer for 1 month.
