powdered erythritol and monkfruit sweetener
or sweetener of choice, adjust to taste
Instructions
Add the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, and sweetener to a food processor.
Blend until completely smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
Taste and add more sweetener if needed.
Notes
Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4 days and in the freezer for 1 month.
