For the best squash ever, simply slice, season, and cook it in the air fryer for a delish side dish or appetizer.

medium summer squash
or zucchini

tablespoon
olive oil

teaspoon
Italian seasoning
salt & pepper
to taste
Instructions
Slice squash or zucchini into ½" slices.
Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Add squash and cook 6-7 minutes or until tender crisp. Cook for 2 minutes longer if you prefer a softer squash.
Notes
Store leftover air fryer squash in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the air fryer, stovetop, or under the broiler.
