Pulse keto bread or pork rinds in the food processor until it reaches a fine consistency.

Notes
Without a food processor: Dry out slices of keto bread on a cookie sheet in the oven at 300°F. Flip every 10 minutes until they are dried out. Add toasted bread to a plastic zippered bag and crush with a rolling pin.
To store: Leftover breadcrumbs can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week and will stay fresh when frozen for up to 4 months.
