striploin steaks
1-inch thick

tablespoon
olive oil

tablespoon
melted butter
1
tablespoon
steak seasoning
or salt & pepper to taste.
Instructions
Allow the steaks to rest at room temperature for 30 mins.
Preheat the grill to high.
Rub both sides of the steaks with butter and olive oil. Season generously.
Grill the steaks 4 to 5 minutes without flipping.
Turn the steaks over and continue to grill for 4-7 minutes or until they reach the desired temperature.
Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Medium-rare will need about 6-7 minutes after flipping (135°F).
Cooking times are for 1-inch steaks. Thinner steaks will need less time.
Leftovers will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
