hard boiled eggs
, cooked, cooled and peeled

avocado
½
tablespoon
lemon juice

tablespoons
mayonnaise
¼
teaspoon
salt
⅛
teaspoon
garlic powder
pinch
cayenne pepper
Instructions
Cut eggs in half and place yolks in a bowl.
Mash yolks and avocado until smooth. Add remaining ingredients.
Place filling into a piping bag and fill eggs.
Sprinkle with paprika for garnish if desired.
Notes
Avocado deviled eggs taste best served cold from the refrigerator.
When serving, if at room temperature for longer than an hour, place tray on top of a second tray or dish filled with crushed ice to keep cool.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
