Rub chicken thighs with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
Preheat air fryer to 340°F.
Place chicken thighs in the basket and cook 22-25 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F.
Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Homemade Seasoning: Combine 1/2 teaspoon each paprika, seasoned salt and garlic powder. Add 1/4 teaspoon each black pepper and 1/4 teaspoon oregano. Optional: add 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika for a smoky flavor.
