large chicken breast halves
cut into 1" cubes

egg

cup
buffalo sauce
divided
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
⅓
cup
almond flour
¼
cup
grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Combine chicken cubes, egg and ¼ cup buffalo sauce in a bowl. Marinate 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove chicken breast cubes from the marinade allowing as much to drip off as possible.
Dip in the almond flour mixture gently pressing so the crumbs adhere. Spray the top with cooking spray.
Bake 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with additional buffalo sauce for dipping.
