Place a silpat or parchment paper on a baking tray.
Divide cheese into equal portions (1 Tablespoon each) and place each pile on the baking tray 2 inches apart.
Flatten slightly with your hands and bake for 4-5 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes before moving.
Notes
Store baked cheese crisps in a covered container, or zippered bag, at room temperature for about 5 days.Adding a slice of bread to the container will absorb any additional moisture and help keep them crisp.Reheat and re-crisp in an air fryer or in the oven.
