head cauliflower

olive oil

parmesan cheese
shredded
salt and pepper
optional, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425˚F
Cut cauliflower into large bite-sized pieces. Wash and dry well.
Toss cauliflower with olive oil and seasonings.
Bake for 15 minutes, remove from the oven and sprinkle parmesan on top.
Bake for 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
