Instructions
Cut avocado in half and scoop the flesh into a small food processor. Process until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth, adding more almond milk if needed until desired consistency is reached.
Divide into bowls and refrigerate for a minimum 1 hour. Top with whipped cream if desired.
