This surprisingly easy and tasty low carb cheese sauce will make even the pickiest of eaters love their veggies!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Combine heavy cream, cream cheese and seasonings in a small sauce pan.
  • Bring to a boil while whisking and let boil 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, stir in cheeses and salt & pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately.
