Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken cooked & diced
  • 1 stalk celery diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix buffalo sauce, cream cheese and ranch dressing with a hand mixer until combined and fluffy.
  • Fold in celery, onions and chicken and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  • Spread into a 9x9 pan or casserole dish and top with remaining cheeses.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Serve with celery sticks or zucchini slices for dipping.
