Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip (low carb)
Buffalo Chicken Dip is a delicious low carb appetizer with tender chunks of chicken and celery bits.

- 2/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
- 2 green onions sliced
- 2 1/2 cups chicken cooked & diced
- 1 stalk celery diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix buffalo sauce, cream cheese and ranch dressing with a hand mixer until combined and fluffy.
Fold in celery, onions and chicken and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
Spread into a 9x9 pan or casserole dish and top with remaining cheeses.
Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve with celery sticks or zucchini slices for dipping.
